About the Role
As the Manager Data Analytics & AI you will play a critical role in leading a growing team of AI and data professionals. You will drive AI driven initiatives manage the end to end delivery of analytics and AI solutions and build a high performance culture within the team.
 
This is a hands on leadership role where you will be expected to lead from the front contribute to technical discussions and ensure that AI and analytics solutions drive real business impact.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high performing AI and analytics team fostering a culture of innovation and delivery
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage data pipelines and AI infrastructure to support large scale real time data processing
• Work with structured and unstructured data including speech text and video sources
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI driven solutions
• Drive the automation and optimisation of key business processes through AI and ML
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends championing new ideas and rapid prototyping

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking management level talent who can combine strong leadership with deep technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering AI and data projects at scale and be comfortable in a fast moving experimental environment.
 
Technical Expertise:

• Python and SQL for data processing and model development
• Experience with structured and unstructured data including speech text and video
• GCP (or equivalent) DevOps and AI and ML frameworks for scalable AI solutions
• Strong background in data engineering cloud infrastructure and automation
• Expertise in LLMs AI Agents Copilot and AI driven automation
• Experience with proof of concept development and rapid prototyping

Leadership and Soft Skills:

• Proven experience in building and leading AI and data teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage project delivery timelines and execution at scale
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving AI innovation
