Our humble beginning
Founded by Kim Acosta, an MBA-qualified Recruitment Leader with over 13 years of industry experience—including seven years at Amazon, where she advanced from Senior Recruiter to Recruitment Manager leading teams across ANZ and EMEA—UCentric brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record to every engagement.
Our specialisations span Solutions Architecture, Software Engineering, and Tech Sales and Business Development. In addition to fulfilling your hiring needs, we offer Talent Consulting services designed to elevate your Recruitment and People Strategy. Leveraging uniquely developed analysis and frameworks, we help you formulate and execute in-house and external recruitment strategies that deliver results.
Currently, we are focused on penetrating the Technology and Operations sectors across ANZ, with bold ambitions to expand into broader markets and globally, particularly in the US.
