Kim is an MBA qualified Recruitment and Talent Acquisition leader with over 13 years experience in the industry. She is a former Recruitment Manager at Amazon, leading teams in Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. She has successfully led hiring for Technology, Operations, Logistics, and Transportation.

Key achievements during this time including hiring Cloud Support Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Solutions Architects at scale within AWS across Australia and New Zealand. She led Leadership Hiring for the launch of BWU2 (Amazon’s first Robotics Fulfillment Centre in the Southern Hemisphere) during the height of the pandemic, and was the main Recruitment Business Partner for the VP of Amazon Transportation Services and Worldwide Operations Sustainability in Europe.

Prior, Kim has worked as a Technology Recruitment Consultant for major consultancies in Australia including Paxus, Randstad and Robert Walters where she was involved with overseeing high volume recruitment for major accounts.

Kim is passionate about helping the next generation of corporate leaders to better understand the role of recruitment in achieving strategic business goals. She will be partnering with the University of Sydney to deliver an MBA Dimensions workshop to current students and alumni in 2024 to address this topic.
