D’Arcy Draper is a seasoned technical recruiter, military veteran, and former professional athlete who brings a unique blend of discipline, resilience, and technical expertise to her role at UCentric.

With extensive experience scaling engineering and technology teams in both high-growth startups and large public sector environments, D’Arcy focuses on contract and temporary hiring across the technology space. She works closely with business leaders to deliver flexible, high-impact workforce solutions that meet evolving project and resourcing needs.

D’Arcy’s background spans full-cycle recruitment, systems administration, and software development. Her hands-on technical skills, including experience with React, Python, and ATS optimisation, allow her to deeply understand technical requirements and build trust with both clients and candidates.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Loyola University and is a graduate of the Flatiron School’s Software Engineering program. Her technical credentials include certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A Plus, Network Plus, and Security Plus.

Before entering the tech industry, D’Arcy served in the United States Air Force and played professional basketball. These experiences continue to shape her approach to teamwork, leadership, and high performance.
