About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Data Engineer or Consultant who has hands-on project delivery experience with Databricks and is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will work as part of a squad delivering end-to-end data platform and analytics solutions. You will be involved in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, collaborating with engagement leads, and continuously learning through a structured internal academy.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong and looking to deepen their consulting skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean, scalable and well-documented data pipelines using modern tools and cloud platforms
  • Support end-to-end solution delivery across analytics and data platform projects
  • Contribute to client engagements alongside engagement leads and senior consultants
  • Apply best practices in ELT development, version control and automation
  • Leverage Databricks to solve complex data processing and transformation challenges
Technology Environment
You would be working with technologies such as:
  • Databricks (certifications highly regarded)
  • Snowflake
  • DBT
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with AWS or Azure is also welcome.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics consulting
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects with Databricks
  • Current or in-progress Databricks certifications preferred
  • Strong SQL and experience with cloud data warehouse platforms
  • Eager to learn and grow in a consulting environment
