What the interviewer is listening out for is alignment to the job opportunity at hand. Really focus on matching your experience discussed to the requirements and competencies stated in the job description. Be careful not to drag this response for too long. Keep it crisp and concise.

Behavioural Interview Questions:
These are used based on the premise that past behaviour is an indicator of future behaviour. These questions are often based on core company values so research these thoroughly and think of recent examples where you have demonstrated these values that align with this organisation.
Tell me about a time where you exceeded expectations of a customer? What did you do? What was the outcome?
Be prepared for positively framed questions where you get to talk about your achievements but also negatively framed questions where you need to share mistakes you’ve made as well as learnings. It is also helpful to add what you would do differently if you encounter a similar situation in the future.
Tell me about a time when you didn't make the right decision. What were the consequences? What did you learn?
Motivational Questions:
Hiring is a big investment for any company. They want to ensure you have good reasons why you want to move as they want you to stay long term (or for the full duration of the contract if FTC or Contingent)
